Benchmark International Arena
Arrival
The call times are based on the venue request and must be adhered too. Obviously, emergencies happen but consistent issues with tardiness and no-shows will result in the loss of opportunity to continue with the program. If you need to be late it must be approved ahead of time. In addition, just as the arrival time is set by the venue the ability to leave the venue is based on a number of factors. Everyone must be prepared to stay until released by the stand leads.
