General
Arrival
The call times are based on the venue request and must be adhered too. Obviously, emergencies happen but consistent issues with tardiness and no-shows will result in the loss of opportunity to continue with the program. If you need to be late it must be approved ahead of time. In addition, just as the arrival time is set by the venue the ability to leave the venue is based on a number of factors. Everyone must be prepared to stay until released by the stand leads. Each venue will require you to sign-in prior to heading to the concession stand.
Expectations
No cellphones usage allowed in front of customers and stored out of site (not in front of your register). In emergencies situations take the call in the appropriate areas after your position is covered. Also, no headphones or ear pods allowed to be worn in the venue. There are designated break areas for each venue. You may bring a covered water bottle to stay hydrated, but they must be in front of the stands.
Alcohol Policy
Check EVERYONE’s ID, EVERYTIME they order. It must be removed from their wallet to confirm it has not been tampered with. Failure to CHECK ID will result in being asked to leave the venue and not allowed to volunteer in the future. Alcohol compliance is monitored everywhere! Cut off any person that appears to be impaired or under the influence. Only 2 drinks are allowed per ID. If they approach with a drink in hand only sell them one drink. NO exceptions. Open all alcoholic beverages!
What is Valid ID? Not Expired, Passport (Domestic or International including ID Card), Driver’s License (US State or Foreign Issued), US State Issued ID Cards, Military (Active Duty, Dependent, Spouse, Retiree). If they do not have an ID you must bet approval to server them.

Venue Location and Uniform Guidelines
For GPS directions, please use the following address: 📍 4802 US Highway 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610. A Parking Pass will be provided in the BAND app for each concert. Print out the pass and place it on your dashboard. Alternatively, You may show it on your phone upon arrival.
Plain black pants or shorts are required. Shorts may not be athletic style and must be no more than six inches above the knee. Yoga pants, spandex, and jeans are not permitted. Closed‑toe shoes are required, and any type of sneaker is acceptable. Hats are allowed as long as they do not display offensive wording or imagery. The amphitheater will provide a shirt at the start of the shift, and it must be returned at the end of the night. Hair must be neat and clean in appearance.
The age requirements for volunteers are set by venues and currently consists of 18 and above.
Volunteers are not permitted in the arena or guest areas before gates open. Cameras are monitored at all times. Breaks may not be taken in front of the stand — please use the designated break areas.

🏟️Benchmark
Venue Location and Unform Guidelines
For GPS directions, please use the following address: 📍 Rampello School Parking Garage 1001 Washington Street, Tampa, FL 33602 . This is a designated parking area with overflow at the Ft Brooke Parking Garage.
Your first‑day uniform includes black dress pants that cover the ankle, all‑black shoes (preferably nonslip), and black socks. Initially wear an all black polo/shirt. A uniform shirt and hat will be provided when you arrive for you to keep. Volunteers may wear up to two earrings per ear, no larger than a quarter. Facial piercings are not permitted. Rings must be solid bands without stones, per health department requirements.
The age requirements for volunteers are set by venues and currently consists of 18 and above.
Volunteers are not permitted in the arena or guest areas before gates open. Cameras are monitored at all times. Breaks may not be taken in front of the stand — please use the designated break areas.

🎡Florida Fairgrounds
Venue Location and Uniform Guidelines
For GPS directions, please use the following address: 📍 Florida Fairgrounds Orient Road Entrance. When you enter through the Orient Road gate, inform the guard that you are working for PCI (Professional Concessions, Inc.) and will be parking at the Warehouse. Use the map below for guidance.

Plain black pants and an all‑black shirt are required. Yoga pants, spandex, and jeans are not permitted. Closed‑toe shoes are required, and any type of sneaker is acceptable.
The age requirements for volunteers are set by venues and currently consists of 16 and above. .

Venue Location and Uniform Guidelines
For GPS direction, please use the following address: 📍4201 N Dale Mabry Hwy . Parking varies per event for Buccaneer’s Games parking is at HCC with a shuttle bus. All other events park at Lot 14 across the street on Himes Ave.
Your first‑day uniform includes black dress pants that cover the ankle, all‑black nonslip shoes, and black socks. Initially wear an all black polo/shirt. A uniform shirt and hat will be provided when you arrive for you to keep. Volunteers may wear up to two earrings per ear, no larger than a quarter. A ring and a watch may be worn but no other jewelry on the arm.
The age requirements for volunteers are set by venues and currently consists of 18 and above.
